Your Pregnancy
At Integral Quality Care we care about the health of every new life. We want parents to be ready to care for their new baby. Please call us at 1-866-258-4326 as soon as you know you are pregnant. We can alert the Department of Children and Families (DCF) of your pregnancy. They will set up an unborn activation number that will be in place when you deliver your baby.
Integral Quality Care works with pregnant women to stay healthy. We want to make sure they get the health care services they need such as:
- Nutrition information
- Stages of pregnancy
- Keeping fit
- Childbirth classes
- Preparing brothers and sisters for a new addition to the family
- What to expect once the baby is born
- Regular medical care during and after pregnancy
- Family planning
- Information on additional nutrition programs such as WIC, dental care, child health services and family planning

Text4baby
If you’re pregnant or a new mom, there is new free service called text4baby that can help keep you and your baby healthy.
Text4baby will send 3 text messages each week to your cell phone with expert health tips to help you through your pregnancy and your baby's first year. It’s free to sign up and the messages are free.
