2011 Quality Management Program Description
Integral Quality Care’s quality management program is designed to continuously improve
and monitor the medical care, enrollee safety, behavioral health services, and the
delivery of services to enrollees.
A key focus of our quality program is improving the enrollee’s biological, psychological
and social well-being with an emphasis on quality of care and the non-clinical aspects
of all services.
The Quality Improvement Program (QIP) objectively and systematically monitors and
evaluates the quality and appropriateness of care and services rendered, thereby
promoting Quality of care and Quality patient outcomes in service performance to
our enrollees.
Incorporating the continuous quality improvement (CQI) concept, our quality program
is comprehensive and integrated throughout Integral Quality Care and the provider
network.
