Men's Health
At any age, talk to your doctor if you have risk factors or problems. You may need to be tested earlier than the screening age. Remember that there are still shots that you need to get:
- Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) or Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap) shot is needed every 10 years
- The flu shots should be received regularly starting at age 50
Regular well checks are important to stay active and healthy. Remember to eat healthy and be active. You need to have a healthy weight. Do not smoke. Drink only a little alcohol.
