Integral Quality Care wants to let you know of a change to our prescription drug network. As of January 1, 2012, Walgreens will no longer be in our network. If you now get your prescriptions at Walgreens, you will need to use a new pharmacy. Please click the link below to find a new pharmacy.
Integral Quality Care Drug List
If you need medicine (drugs), your doctor will pick one from Integral Quality Care’s list of covered drugs and write you a prescription.
Integral Quality Care Preferred Drug List
The Preferred Drug List (PDL) is a list of drugs chosen by Integral Quality Care
and a team of doctors and pharmacists that are generally covered under the plan
as long as they are medically necessary. Prescriptions must be filled at an Integral
Quality Care network pharmacy, and other plan rules must be followed.
Before prescribing a medication to an Integral Quality Care patient, please review
the PDL for any restrictions or recommendations regarding prescription drugs.

You can download the PDL below, or you can search the list inside the Integral Secure Provider Web Portal. You will need to register for Provider Web Portal if you have not already. This new service is available at not cost to you.

Prior Authorization
This means your doctor will need to get approval from the plan first before the drug can be filled at the pharmacy. If it is not approved, the plan will not cover the drug.

Integral covers generics that are on the plan’s drug list. Your doctor will need to get approval from the plan first for a brand drug that has a generic available on the plan’s drug list.

Integral Quality Care $25 Over-the-Counter (OTC) program
The $25 Over-The-Counter (OTC) program covers certain drugs and supplies. The limit is $25 per family per month. The $25 OTC program can be used only at participating pharmacies.
