network. We want to give you tools and the help you need to improve your health
and wellness.
Integral Quality Care is a provider service network (PSN), established to provide
a quality care management program to Floridians in Citrus, Collier, DeSoto, Hardee,
Hendry, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Marion, Polk, Sarasota and Sumter counties.
